Our company offers three boiler home care cover packages. Each plan includes a high-quality service and covers a variety of aspects to keep your boiler and central heating system in great condition.
Bronze Cover
The essential bronze boiler and home emergency cover helps to keep you warm throughout the year. With parts and labour included, no call out charges and annual gas safety inspections, our bronze package provides homeowners in Leeds, York and the Wakefield area with the peace of mind they deserve. This package includes:
- Gas fired central heating boilers
- Thermostats and heating controls
- Motorised valves and circulating pumps
- Time clock and programmers
- Gate valves and auto bypass valves
- Boiler covers and controls
- Cleaning the condensate trap
- Checking and bleeding the radiators
- Visual checks of the boiler to check for issues
- A flue gas analysis efficiency test
- Checking and adjusting the system pressure
- Written confirmation of the service undertaken
Silver Cover
For just a few pounds a month extra, homeowners receive a superior service that includes everything from the bronze package and more. Please see below for a list of the benefits that our silver plan provides:
- Pipes and fittings, radiators and valves
- Hot water fees, immersions and expansion tanks
- Heating pipework from the boiler to the radiators
- Powerflush of heating system where required
- Gas supply pipes that connect your home to the mains
- Gas leak repairs and no excess charges
Gold Cover
Our most comprehensive plan offers a variety of benefits, protecting your home with the ultimate service from our reliable team. Covering external drains, boiler replacements and more, our gold plan is the package to choose for complete cover. Our gold plan includes everything in the bronze and silver packages, plus the following:
- Internal water pipes between the stopcock and appliances
- Blocked or leaking external drains and waste pipes
- The safe excavation of your underground drains
- Blocked or leaking internal drains and waste pipes
- Leaking taps, running toilets, ball cocks and valves
- The replacement of non-ceramic tap washers
Boiler Replacements:
- Up to £2000 for boiler replacement, if it is less than 5 years old at the policy start date and less than 7 years old at renewal.
- Up to £400 for a boiler of more than 5 years in age, but less than 7 at the initial policy start date, and less than 10 years old at renewal.
